Include your organization, app version and a short description of the problem. Never send a password, sign-in code, payment card number or a recording by email.
Account access
Contact your organization administrator for an invitation or a role change. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address used for your TrueSit account.
Recordings and privacy
Your company is responsible for any notice and consent the law requires before recording.
If you were recorded and want access to or deletion of a recording, contact the company whose representative visited you. You may also email support with the company and date of the visit so we can help route your request. Do not send the contents of a recording.
