Use this to record an appointment from the front door to the close or the PNS.
- Open Today. Your next sit is under Next.
- Tap the start button at the bottom (it names the homeowner), or tap the sit itself. Both open the brief.
- Read the brief: Address, Appointment and You usually miss.
- Under Before you start, read the consent reminder. You and your company are responsible for consent. I said it optionally records your confirmation; recording never waits for it (see Say the consent line).
- Slide the bubble on the bar at the bottom to the center. The band at the top turns to Recording.
- Put the phone in your pocket. You can lock the screen; recording goes on.
To record in another mode, press and hold the bubble, slide up to Standard, Ride-along, Canvass or Practice, and let go. The next slide starts the mode you used last.
The sit is not on your list? On Today, tap Add a sit, fill in Homeowner, Address and State, tap Add the sit, then start it from the brief.
If it does not work
- Start the sit is busy: wait for the recorder to open.
- A band says the microphone is off: turn it on for TrueSit in your phone's settings.
- The recording did not start: close the brief, open it again and slide once more.
