Use this to get into TrueSit on your phone or on the web.
- Open the TrueSit app, or the TrueSit web app in your browser.
- Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to use the account already on your device.
- Or type your address under Work email and choose Continue.
- Type the six-digit code from the email under Code and choose Continue. On a phone, the code may show above the keyboard when the email arrives.
- On the phone you land on Today. On the web you land on your first page, for example Dashboard for managers or Sits for reps.
There are no sign-in links: the email always carries a code.
If it does not work
- No email: check spam, then ask for a new code.
- You typed the wrong address: choose Use another email.
- Continue with Google or Continue with Apple is missing: use your work email and the code.
- You see a page asking you to book a walkthrough: there is no account for that email. Use the address your invite was sent to, or ask your admin for an invite.
