Use this to tell a rep something about an exact moment of their sit, pinned to the words it is about.
- Open the sit review, from Review queue or Sits.
- Play the sit, or tap a line in the Transcript or a moment under Moments, to get to the right spot.
- Choose Note at the top of the sit, or the note action on a moment. The note box shows the time it is pinned to.
- To pin it to where the player is now, choose change.
- Type your note and choose Send note.
- The rep sees it at that moment in their transcript, and it is listed under Notes on the sit.
- To talk it through, use the message button next to Note. The thread lives in Messages.
A rep's own private notes are never shown to managers.
If it does not work
- Note is missing: you are looking at your own sit. Notes are for other reps' sits.
- The note was not saved: check your connection and send it again.
