Use this when you leave the table for a moment and want a fast read of how the sit is going and what to push to close.
- Leave the room for a moment. Recording keeps going.
- On the live screen, tap Quick recap. It is also on the lock screen.
- If something is on your mind, type it in What is bugging you?. This is optional.
- Tap Recap. Level reads the sit so far and answers with Going well, Needs more and Push to close, each with a short quote from the sit.
- Tap Read aloud to hear it instead.
- Your watch shows the newest recap's headlines once.
Quick recap works in Standard and Ride-along sits. Each recap is marked in the transcript with what you asked.
If it does not work
- No new recap: your company sets how many recaps a sit gets. You see the last one again.
- The sheet says the recap did not come back: tap Try again.
- Refused: your company's AI allowance for the month is used up. Your org admin sees it on Billing and seats.
