Use this when a line in your sit's transcript is not what you said, so the step it counted for is scored again.
- Open your sit's transcript. On the phone, press and hold the line. On the web, choose the flag beside the line's time.
- Choose That is not what I said, then the reason: Someone else said it, The words are wrong, Nobody said this or Not this step.
- The line shows Flagged. TrueSit scores the step again without that line, and your score follows.
A step can be flagged the same way: on the web, choose the step in the scorecard; on the phone, open it in the breakdown. Then choose That is not what I said.
This fixes the transcript, not the sale. To tell your manager what went wrong in the sale, use Flag this sit.
