Use this to finish a sit without leaving a stage behind, and to send the outcome to dispatch.
- When you start to close, tap Wrapping up. If your company uses it, the Before you walk out sheet lists the stages Not heard yet and your company's line for them.
- Cover what you missed, then tap Got it to keep recording.
- To end, tap End sit. TrueSit asks End the sit?: tap End, or Keep recording if you are not done. You can also press and hold the bubble until the ring around it fills.
- On the watch: tap Wrap up, then End sit, then End when it asks End the sit?. The watch may show Before you go first with what was not heard yet.
- Keep the phone where it has signal or Wi-Fi so the sit uploads. The sit shows Processing once it has arrived.
- When processing finishes, open the AI result. If your organization requires self-scoring, give your own score first (see Score the sit yourself first). Self-scoring is off by default.
- To report the outcome, open the sit and tap Dispatch report. Check the draft (Outcome, Price quoted, Objections, Next steps), edit it, then tap Send to dispatch.
If it does not work
- Dispatch report is not on the sit: your company's plan does not include it. Report to dispatch the usual way.
- The sit stays on Uploading: see A sit did not upload.
