Use this to close your own TrueSit account and remove your personal data.
- Export your data first if you want a copy (see Export my data).
- On the phone, open Me, then Account, then tap Delete my account. On the web, open Settings, find Your account, then choose Delete my account.
- Read what is deleted (your sign-in and profile, your voiceprint, your locations, private notes, Level questions and practice sessions) and what your company keeps (the sits you recorded, under "Former rep").
- Type your email to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
- The account is deleted 7 days later. Sign in before then to keep it.
If it does not work
- You are told to make another member an org admin first: you are your company's only org admin. Give another member that role in Billing and seats, then try again.
- You changed your mind: sign in within 7 days.
