Use this to let your own systems read sits and scores, and hear about them as they happen, without exporting by hand.
API tokens
- In the sidebar under Connect, open Connect, then find API and webhooks.
- Choose New token, write What it is for, then choose Create a token.
- The token is shown once. Choose Copy and store it in your system.
- To swap a token, choose Rotate: the new one replaces it and the old one stops at once. To end it, choose Revoke.
Tokens are read-only and follow the same access rules as the app.
Webhooks
- Under Webhook endpoints, choose New webhook.
- Enter your endpoint's address and pick the Events: a sit is ready, a sit is scored, a moment is shared.
- Choose Add the webhook. Copy The signing secret and use it to check each delivery.
- Webhook deliveries lists each delivery as Delivered, Retrying or Failed. Failed deliveries are tried again for a while.
- To stop one, choose Remove the webhook. Its log goes with it.
If it does not work
- Calls are refused: the token was rotated or revoked. Make a new one.
- Deliveries fail: check that your endpoint answers and checks the signature with the current secret.
