Use this when your company has invited you to TrueSit and you are joining for the first time.
- Open the invite email from TrueSit on the phone or computer you want to use.
- Follow the link in the email. It opens the sign-in.
- Sign in with the address the invite was sent to. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple if that account uses the same email, or type the address under Work email and choose Continue.
- If you used your work email, type the six-digit code we email you under Code and choose Continue.
- You land in your company's workspace with the role your admin picked.
- Reps: install the phone app next and record your voice sample (see Install the phone app).
If it does not work
- You see a page asking you to book a walkthrough: you signed in with a different email. Sign out and sign in with the invited address.
- The invite email is not there: check spam, then ask your admin to withdraw the invite and send a new one from Billing and seats.
- The code did not arrive: go back, check the address and ask for a new one.
