Use this when a sit you recorded is still on the phone and has not reached TrueSit.
- Open TrueSit where you have signal or Wi-Fi. Uploads start again on their own and pick up where they stopped, even after the phone restarts.
- Check the sit on Today or in the sit list. Uploading means it is on its way. Processing means it has arrived and is being transcribed and scored.
- On Me, open Mic check. The Upload row shows whether the phone can reach TrueSit.
- Keep the phone charged and leave TrueSit installed until the sit shows Processing. Until then, the recording is stored only on this phone.
- If it still shows Uploading after a while on good Wi-Fi, open TrueSit, leave it on screen for a minute, then check again.
Do not uninstall TrueSit or clear its data while a sit is uploading: the part not yet sent would be lost.
If it does not work
- The sit is not in the list at all: make sure you are signed in with the same account you recorded with.
- Upload fails in the mic check: try another Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
- When you ask for help, pick the sit, so the ticket carries its upload state.
